www.hestpro.com is an online retailer of electronic products. Our website enables customers to purchase a wide variety of products. When you place an order, we will ship the selected products to you and expect to receive payment accordingly. With regards to smartwatches, we have partnered with a third party, to use the mobile application called “Runmefit” by Smartmax, China, who is the owner of the application and maintains the app and upgrades if needed regularly. We as a company do not have any control over the issues with the app nor if any data is collected for research purposes or any other, if any. However, if there are any concerns with the usage of the app, you can contact our support team and we will escalate the issue to be taken care of to be resolved at the earliest but we cannot guarantee the timelines.

1-YEAR WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the terms of the 1-year warranty provided by Nextronixs Private Limited (“Company”) for earphones and smartwatches (“Products”). By purchasing and using our Products, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully.

Warranty Coverage

1.1. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

1.2. The warranty period for the Products is one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).

Warranty Services

2.1. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, the Company will, at its sole discretion:

1. Repair the defective Product using new or refurbished parts; OR
2. Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product; OR
3. Refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Product.

Warranty Limitations

3.1. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

2. Accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications;
3. Normal wear and tear, including scratches and cosmetic damage;

4.2. If there’s an option to register your product on www.hestpro.com, we highly recommend you do that to support yourself and us as a company to pull out the records in the future. Without the necessary information, we will not be able to process the request.

Please note that prices may change without notice, but such changes will not affect dispatched orders.

– One more thing to keep note of is that any promotional code will not work on already discounted products, if any.

Payment:

– Upon order placement, we will perform a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds. Your card will be debited once the order is accepted. Payments for the products available on the Site may be made through, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI. However, we will keep updating any other payment options as agreed while we partner with any payment gateway providers.

Delivery:

– Currently, we have partnered with a third party for all deliveries across Pan India. Hence, we may charge a small amount of delivery fee, and this may be mentioned during checkout. However, we may also provide free delivery to all our customers at our discretion and change it back to being charged at our discretion and business needs. In cases of unforeseen circumstances causing delivery delays, we will proactively inform you via email or SMS, or both.
